Sage CRM 2020 R1 Integrated with SAML SSO

Hi

I have a Sage CRM 2020r1 Application hosted on an azure Virtual Machine windows 2016 server and we are looking to integrate SAML SSO so that the users can sign into the system through a Microsoft account and bypass the login screen.

Are there any methods anyone has used to achieve this whether that be third party applications or setting it up through Azure?

For third party applications the company will need to be GDPR and also ISO 27k compliant.

Please let me know if there are any recommendations.

Best regards,

TB

We have done quite a bit of testing with using Azure AD SSO and MFA with Sage CRM.  You can certainly use these as access methods but these don't replace the main user logon screen.  We still have the main screen url that requests the username and password.  That means that users can bypass the SSO app and even MFA challenge and go direct to the login URL.  Furthermore, there is no synchronization between the Azure AD browser extensions and Sage CRM so if the password changes in Sage CRM it does not change in Azure AD and vice versa.
