self service in sage crm 2022

Hi All,

I have installed Sage CRM 2022 R1 but I did not have an option of installing self service. Is this solution in Sage CRM 2022 R2 or what is the work around?

You may not have been prompted to install the demo self service site during installation if your license didn't include the option.

You can see if this is the case by going to Admin > System > License Key Details

In the list of Options self service will appear if you have this enabled.

If you don't see this then have a chat with your partner or your Sage representative.
