JAVA LANGUAGE TO ADD LINK TO CASE REFID.

How do I get the link to generate back under RefID? It used to be there and it is now gone.

    Hi LaDonna

    It's not Java Script that controls this field it is standard Stored Procedure. Was the field changed? 

    It MUST be a type 'Stored Procedure' NOT Text and MUST be named case_referenceid otherwise the standard Stored Procedure will not kick in and populate it with a reference number
