CRM Plugin 2018 FlagEmailedAsFiled

Hello,

We have a customer that is experiencing the below error message when trying to 'File' emails through the Sage CRM Outlook plugin (Lite) and wondered if anyone has seen this before / has any suggestions?

It only impacts one user, others are able to use it fine so I'd suggest something environmental.

They are on an older version (2018R2) so upgrading may be a discussion to have but it works for others currently.

I've compared internet options which don't appear to show anything. It allows us to click 'File email', go through the motion of setting a target etc. Then when you click 'File Email' to send it to the primary entity, that's when the error appears.

When they first click on file email, IE opens with a blank page but then it opens the actual form in Edge (Edge is the default browser). I've tried compatibility view and IE Mode to no avail.

I've tried quick & full outlook repairs (Which is also a compatible version) and reinstalling the plugin.

This was originally working and suddenly stopped, there's been no new windows updates and their IT have confirmed no changes from their side.
