Help please!  I am currently in the process of doing a migration and upgrade of Sage CRM 2019 R1 to Sage CRM 2022 R2.

The migration piece is complete.  Sage CRM 2019 R1 has been installed on the new server and the database has been restored.  Everything looks good.  Therefore, I am proceeding on to the upgrades.

My next stop is CRM 2019 R1 patch.  However, when I attempt to run the patch, I get the following error message. "There is an error loading SQLRT.dll"  Remaining message in screenshot below.

Note:  I have never seen this error in all the years I have been doing upgrades for Sage CRM.  Does anyone know what might be causing this error and how to resolve it?  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  (Note:  I finalized a server migration/upgrade earlier this month which required the same path.  I installed, CRM 2019 R1, once everything was working as it did on the old server, I proceed with the remaining upgrades starting first with the CRM 2019 R1 patch.  Once that was complete, I proceeded on to CRM 2022 R1 and then CRM 2022 R2.  I did not encounter this error during that upgrade.  Otherwise, I would have thought their might be an issue with the patch.  However, I have run it before without any issues.  Again, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!
