Does Sage CRM v2022 integrate with the Multiple Contacts in Sage 300 v2022

Client is trying to make use of the Sage CRM to Sage 300 integration.  When a new person is added to a company in CRM that's been promoted to a customer in Sage 300, how do you add it the person to the multiple contacts in Sage 300?  Can you do so?

It appears to work in the other direction form Sage 300 to CRM but that's not helpful for this client.
