Hi All,

I've searched the discussion and cannot find anything on this. we have recently upgraded to Sage CRM 2022 R2, since upgrading i can no longer see the 'send via outlook' button when it comes to sending emails from CRM. We would like to use this method instead of the built in email, but would also like CRM to file the communication as an email out when sent via outlook. 

Is this because the outlook plugin is EOL? as i didn't think it used the plugin to do this. if i setup OAuth 2.0 will the button re-appear? 

or is it a case that this feature has gone? i know that the accelerator professional adds this feature, does anyone know if the lite version also adds this?
