Hi

have upgraded a customer from v2021 R2 to v2023 R1.2 and some options are missing from the email editor such as the colour picker

this is what they used to see:

compared to what they are seeing now:



the main issue they have reported is that the upgrade has removed the formatting of different colours they had set on their email templates along with the colour picker and other options from the toolbar

has anyone seen this before and if so is there a fix?
