Error generating Text File

Hi,

I had followed the steps mentioned for this particular error but still I get same error, checked with Document & Report Configuration, JDBC Setting already server name is mentioned, tomcat is running. Any idea to solve this issue.

Hi, I am using Sage CRM Version 2023 R1. Dashboard not working & error in generating text file. Our team has sorted the issue & now its working. Thank you for your response.

Can you please explain more about the steps to generate the error that you have seen.

What version are you using?

Are there any issues showing related to System Health? Troubleshooting system health issues (sagecrm.com)
