Hi everyone, upon successful logging into the self service website, it redirects me to a blank webpage instead of the home page. Likewise, when I try to access the home page via the menu/address bar while I am logged in, I get redirected to a blank page as shown in the image below.

I have also noticed the following entry/error in my log files located in C:\inetpub\logs\W3SVC. Could this be the cause?

Can anyone provide guidance on how I can fix this or where in the Self Service Demo code I can go to in-order to fix this?

Any help will be much appreciated. I am running Sage CRM version 2023 R1.
