MailChimp Error Group

When a group fails to send to MailChimp due to issues with emails, an error group is created.  At what point is this to be received into the Group list and do you need specific permissions to see this group or notification?  A member of our marketing team who sends MailChimp emails is not receiving this file and has to continually involve the CRM admin in IT who will receive the error group if they attempt to send to MailChimp - are we missing a permissions setting?
