Excel export has hidden columns

Using Sage CRM 2023 R2 reports are now exporting 'blank' if exported to XLSX. All of the data is in hidden columns. Any ideas?

Hi Anthony, the column width might be set to null.

Within Excel, on the Home menu ribbon, select Format and then Column Width, should it be null, increase the value to above 5.

Could you confirm if this is a new installation or an upgrade?

We can replicate the issue and currently working on a resolution.

Please use the below workaround for the time being:

Within Excel, on the Home menu ribbon, select Format and then Column Width, should it be null, increase the value to above 5.
