when i click the adminstration below the profile icon , i found blank page shown below

This may be your browsers zoom level. Try using [ctrl]0 to reset the zoom.

What happens if you change the zoom level of the broswer? Does it reappear at 100% or something like that?

Try setting browser zoom = 100% if this resolves the issue.
