Hi with the new import email feature on Sage CRM it is filing the email solution under communications and not the query menu. So when I create a new query against a company it will not let me import an email for solution against this query, the only option is to import the email solution and it files under the customers communcations so when I open a query I cannot see the solution under the query menu only the commuications menu.
