Integration with Outlook and Mailchimp

Hi everyone, I have two queries.

1. Other than using Accelerator or Outlook Lite- are they any other options out there that can integrate Outlook with Sage CRM?In the alternative, are there other email clients that can integrate smoothly with Sage CRM? For example Gmail, Thunderbird etc.

I just find it so troublesome that the calendaring function does not integrate with Sage CRM, amongst other things.

2. Are there any other options other than using MailChimp for email marketing?

The out of the box Office365 integration is working fine for most sites I've come across. We did build g-suite integration a while back, but only have a couple of sites now using it, so doesnt get much attention on our part. I would speak to your Sage CRM Business Partner as there are lots of possibilities with other e-Marketing solutions. We have built MailerLite, MailJet and DotDigital connectors to name a few for Sage CRM over the years, They're all really well documented and shouldn't be too much effort to incorporate into your system.
