Sage CRM social media integration

Hi is there a solution that is able to perform any of the following :

  •  Applications or connectors that specialize in integrating CRM systems with social media. These apps can provide features such as social media monitoring, lead generation, and contact synchronization.

  • Set up workflow automation within Sage CRM to capture data from social media interactions. For instance, automatically creating new leads or contacts when a prospect engages with your business on social media.

    I think partners like  Danny from Qmulus or  from LeadingEdge will offer solutions.

    In the past I have rigged up proof of concepts using IFTTT and Zapier.  For example I created an app within IFTTT that monitored Twitter (X) and then sent an email to an account.  That account was managed by the Sage CRM Email Manager and would then file the email in CRM according to the rules I created.

    Hi , thanks for the tip. Did a bit of reading on the the latest iteration of IFTTT, and the reviews on the Playstore seem to be rather bad. May I ask which version did you use for your PoC?

    My last version of the POC was about 3 years ago but I had originally create the POC 10 years ago using a defunct competitor of IFTTT.  I still use IFTTT for quite a bit of my work - its mostly simple stuff that I do regularly sharing blog posts to social media.  The bad thing is when the different accounts require the accounts to be refreshed in IFTTT.  Facebook has driven me mad about this.

    But basically I created an app that looked at starts with Twitter.  I then choose a trigger, for example, "New tweet from search."  I then entered the keywords I wanted to monitor in the search field.  Then clicked on "+That" to choose Email.

    Please note that our bit of Sage decided to discontinue the use of Twitter (X).
