We're using the Outlook plugin Lite with Sage CRM 2022 R1 te file e-mails from Outlook 2019 32-bit.
This does not work. At first we get this screen on which the targets are not populated although the e-mail address exists in Sage CRM:
On clicking "Toevoegen" (= Add), we get this screen:
The magnifying glass or the Search icons do not work, so we cannot file the e-mail.
Does anyone has a solution for this? Maybe someone has managed to open up a different browser than IE?
I logged a case with Sage CRM support but as the plugins are deprecated, they cannot help me.
