I cannot find recent answers to this question but we are operating off CRM 2022 R1 and trying to create dynamic groups based on products purchased. The line items do not seem to be available from the new products or order entities for use in the search criteria.
Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Paul,
You will need to do a couple of things here
1 - Create a new view under Orders which Joins Orders and Order items (as well as Company and Opportunity)
2 - In SQL update Custom Sysparms to allow 'Duplicate Records' (UPDATE Custom_SysParams SET parm_value = 'Y' WHERE parm_name = 'AllowDupRecs')
3 - Refresh your System Parameters in CRM (Administrator - System - Metadata)
4 - Only now will the new view become selectable
