Hi, I need archive the transactions, but have zero knowledge on how to.

Our IT and SAGE support do not offer this as a service.

Does SAGE offer this?

or training to do achieve?

Can you confirm which product you are using. This is the Sage CRM forum and I think the feature about which you are looking for advice is likely to be an accounting product.
