Request Assistance - Under Company record add new Tab and List in Sage CRM

My company uses Sage CRM 2021 R1. I am currently learning how to make enhancements and changes.

I have a requirement to either add a new Tab named "Service" under a company record or modify the existing "Cases" Tab (whichever is simpler), as the "Cases" tab is not needed.

The goal is to have the Tab display a List that is similar to the "Communications" list, but it should only show unique Actions related to the selected company.

This should explain how you can create the list that you want without any code.

Hi James,

You would need to create a custom view hardcoded with the items you want, then create a custom Lists and call on the list in the custom block.

Finally you can add a tab to the entity calling on the block you have just created. (view > List > Block > Tab)
