Request Assistance - Under Company record add new Tab and List in Sage CRM

My company uses Sage CRM 2021 R1. I am currently learning how to make enhancements and changes.

I have a requirement to either add a new Tab named "Service" under a company record or modify the existing "Cases" Tab (whichever is simpler), as the "Cases" tab is not needed.

The goal is to have the Tab display a List that is similar to the "Communications" list, but it should only show unique Actions related to the selected company.
