Sage CRM | Emarketing Issues

Anyone out there know much about how Sage CRM Emarketing works?  We have Sage CRM with Emarketing enabled, and use Swiftpage to manage all of our emarketing templates.

Unfortunately, I am a bit confused as to some of the functionality of Emarketing side of things.  I have created a New Campaign within the Campaign List section, and created  New Emarketing Campaigns & New Drip Marketing Campaigns, and added different Waves and Wave Actions.  But for some reason I do not understand how Campaign List and Emarketing connect, and why I can't seem to actually send an emarketing campaign with either just 1 email blast or multiple emails based on behavior. 

I cannot seem to locate a good resource that actually reviews all my questions and so I thought I'd try this approach.

    There are 2 Marketing tools in Sage CRM.  When clicking on the Marketing Menu, you get 2 tabs, Campaign List and E-marketing.

    Campaign List is a a built in standard marketing tool.

    E-marketing uses Swiftpage functions such as

    - Attention-grabbing templates

    - Smart sending features

    - Drip marketing campaigns

    - Open, click and bounce rate tracking
