Good Morning. I have a 7 page Word doc of Marketing material in full color with pictures and I cannot figure out how to convert it into an email

template without losing everything except for the text in the cover letter....all color, all marketing material, all pictures, even our company logo GONE!

Running a version of Sage CRM 200. Details please as this is only the 4th email template I have ever had to set up. Thank You.
