Missing 'MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIP' and 'CUSTOMER MAINTENANCE' button after Company Screen Customizations

We have Mas 90/200 integration running with our CRM 7.1 everything is working great however, we recently made some front end customizations to the company summary screen (ie. hide fields, change field names) very basic customizations nothing heavy. Now our integration buttons the 'MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIP' & 'CUSTOMER MAINTENANCE' buttons are missing. I read here: https://community.sagecrm.com/user_community/f/84/t/5601.aspx when customizing the company screen the integration script no longer fully executes which causes the integration buttons not to display.

I have reversed all of the customization that we made to the company summary screen and person summary screen and is there another method to make sure the company screen is back to default, including all the integration fields and their proper display names.

Also, I'm not sure if an IIS reset has to take place or if the integration engine needs to be restarted or what to do now to try and display the integration buttons again?

Any help is greatly appreciated thank you very much.

    Hello JulianR246,

Normally, you would simply refresh the Metadata through the Administration menu.

IISReset will refresh the Metadata anyway so that is all you need to do on a small installation. I am not exactly clear on what the issue is other than the buttons for your customisation are not displaying in the Company Summary Screen though - Is this the issue you are asking for help with?

If you have edited company field names and the buttons then vanished, then the customisations maybe triggered by the presence of these field names on the company summary screen.  Have you checked the Company Summary Screen for any client side scripting?  Or perhaps server side scripting?

Check a demo install for the default company field names if you haven't the tools to check what changes where made to the system and what the original names were.  This information is also in the database map available in Excel format from the Sage CRM Community website.

Let me know if you need further help Julian so we can get you back on track quickly.

    Best regards,

Did you happen to hide the MAS Customer number field?  The scripts use that field to determine what buttons to display, so if you removed it, that may be the cause.
