Make a custom view for Communications, like this:

CmlI_Comm_LeadID, Cmli_Status ,cmli_recipient, Recu_RecurrenceId,

Recu_Type, Recu_Interval, Recu_DayOfWeek, Recu_DayOfMonth,

Recu_Instance, Recu_SubType, Recu_SubInterval,

Recu_StartDateTime, Recu_EndDateTime

FROM Communication

LEFT JOIN Comm_Link ON Comm_CommunicationID = CmLi_Comm_CommunicationID

LEFT JOIN Recurrence ON Comm_RecurrenceID = Recu_RecurrenceID

LEFT JOIN Company on CmLi_Comm_CompanyID = comp_companyid

WHERE Comm_Deleted IS NULL AND CmLi_Deleted IS NULL

and make it a Reports view.
