Error message - E-marketing

Hi There,

A client receives the following message in CRM in E-marketing wave activity summary: "Email blast creation failed.(Note: key attribute data fields are not supported)ERROR System.IO.IOException: The file 'd\inetpub\U01SPSEND\CampResource\5P1990LHII9KQK9K\ProfileLogo.jpg' already exists"

The client has checked her images files in swiftpage and she has not uploaded a pic with the file name referenced above. 

Any suggestions?

     Hi Sinead,

    This error can be caused by different variables.

    1) Does the group list contain key attribute data?

    2) Does the view used on the group contain key attribute data?

    Resolution:

    1) Edit group criteria to ensure no key attribute data exists

    2) Edit view to ensure it does not contain key attribute data (Ddata)
