Is the Product Sage CRM the same for Sage 100 and Sage 300

Is the Product Sage CRM the same for Sage 100 and Sage 300?

We currently are using Sage 100. If we purchase CRM for Sage 100 does it transfer to Sage 300 when we upgrade to 300?

Sage CRM core functions are the same, those include administration, company, person, communication and case. however, the integration design and functions are completely different, the example are maintain relationship, opportunity creation and Quotes/Orders.
