How can I get Sage CRM to dynamically integrate with Cheetahmail?

Our company uses Sage CRM for client management and Cheethmail for email marketing campaigns. Each time a marketing email is to be deployed, a segment list needs to be manually exported from Sage CRM then imported into Cheetahmail.

Is there any documentation on how to have data that lives in Sage CRM be referenced/pulled from Cheetahmail automatically?

A related note: for clients who have opted out or unsubscribed from out e-mail marketing communications, how can this information (managed and processed in Cheetahmail) be fed directly into Sage CRM?

    Hi Sbck:

    Sage CRM does not have native integration with Cheetamail which is a email marketing solution. However, Sage CRM does has Swiftpage integration in CRM 7.2 and also added MailChimp integration in CRM 7.3 for emarketing solutions. I suggest you to check this out to see if it fulfill your needs.

    If you really want to use Cheetamail, you can consult InaPlex as I do know they have done some custom integration for email marketing.

    Thank you Terry, this is very helpful. You are right, ideally we would be able to utilize a tool that already provides native integration with Sage CRM (like a MailChimp), but I will certainly reach out to InaPlex to see if they can assist with integration into our current email platform.

    I am curious to see if, going forward, Sage has any plans to integrate other email platforms natively besides MailChimp (Such as SalesForce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target), Campaign Monitor, Adobe Campaign, StrongView, etc)? Would seem to be beneficial for Sage clients.

    To my knowledge, there is no other emarketing integration in the work. You can also visit our idear hub to suggest this integration which will help us to consider it in the future.
