Duplicate a Field

When creating a Task or to record a Phone Call there is a box called "About" and you can select an opportunity. The sales department said that in a phone call they may discuss a couple of events and they would like to duplicate the "About" box and it something like "Secondary" and have the same selection ability. Is that possible?

    Did you find an answer to this? I've been creating a lot of custom fields this year and believe its possible. Do you just need another, secondary "About" field with the same selectable inputs?

    You should be able to. It is just a matter to create a field and add to screen.
    1. Create a Search Select Advanced field in Administraton, Customization, Communication, fields tab with exact same setting as About except for Caption and Column name as the About field.
    2. Add this field to Administration, Customization, Secondary Entities, Communication Link, Screens, Communication web picker (first one).
