Hi,

Whats the correct procedure to update all customers at ERP in an environment integerated to Sage CRM?

We need to update all Customers Tax groups at ERP by new requirement here in law. We will do that through Import from Excel.

Not sure if we can do as it  and Sage CRM will synchronize automatically (are more than 2,000)? Or we need to temporaly suspend CRM integration and then at CRM import Customers tables again?
