Glad you found it. CRM 7.3 C is the latest Sage 100 integrated version/patch for CRM. There are no newer integrated patches you can install. Was the product you downloaded "CRM 7.3c for Sage 100 2016"? That is the full product that is integrated. There is a CRM 7.3 and CRM 7.3 patch C that are not integrated with Sage 100 that are available for download. During the installation of the correct one it should prompt you with a check box for "Integrate with Sage 100" - this check box is not selected by default, select it.

Yes it says "Sage CRM 7.3C for Sage 100 2016". We are on 7.2b so I am going to do an in-place.
