Getting Install To Run

Testing on a VMW server and trying to install. When I click the exe I receive the error message " The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you are running". When I follow the instructions on page 2-5 of the installation guide about how to get it to run on Windows 2008 R2 x64 still receive same error message. Anything else to try?

Are you trying to install Sage CRM? Which version you tried? Please make sure you run Setup.exe from root folder instead of Sage folder and Run as Administrator to see if it helps.

Running Sage CRM v7.3 for Sage 100 2016. In the VWM server I have the folder with all the install programs on the desktop and when I try to run the Setup.exe it returns the error message.

Welp found out what it was. The setup files were corrupted. I ran the extractor again and started the setup.exe again and it ran just fine.
