CRM connection

When I try to login I got this message, also the connection is very slow.

when I click the app it will go to this..servername/.../US. is this what it calls web application?. Is this the only way of connecting to CRM? I do not know what version Am I using either. I am using sage v 5.008.00

I will appreciate some information.

The message means it is looking for SIPTAPI driver and it is not available on the computer you trying to login. CTI is a function to connect to an IP phone through the TAPI driver installed on a computer. Each CRM user will be assigned to an extension and configured in CRM so when a user login, it will try to connect to your IP phone. If this is the first time you login, then please consult with your IT department so TAPI driver can be installed and configure for you correctly. This is also a function supported by Internet Explorer only so do not use other browser.
