Strange one here. On one system this (example) url (which is an attachment link) does not work and shows a CRM screen with an errror "EConvertError: Invalid HTML encoded character (&+) at position" We think its down to the ampersand encoding…

I am having random unexpected errors on company view and person view screens and most of the time I am getting an error about SQL Code: 4145. Does anyone have a list of what these SQL codes mean as there is nothing weird in the SQL logging or system logs…
