Sage 100 ERP 2013 Product Update 5 is now available to download. Please go to support.na.sage.com and login with your Portal credentials. Next click on Sage 100 ERP and then Sage 100 ERP downloads and updates. Then click on Version 2013 Product Updates.

If I have Sage support how am I notified of software updates? How do I know if my software is up to date?

If you set up notifications in Sage Advisor Update then you should be notified when an update becomes available. I am not quite sure how to see if your software up to date in Sage 100 ERP but I do know in Sage 300 ERP under the Help menu and click on System Information. Maybe there is something similar for Sage 100 ERP. Hope that answers your question
