What errors are you getting in the error log?

Hi, thanks for asking, that's the part that I don't know understand Because I'm not getting any error, everything seems to be OK but when I go to check the sales promotion in sales promotion module Is not there

So you are saying that upon completion of the import you get a window that says something like this?

Records Imported: 10 (or whatever number of records you have)
Records Failed: 0 (if totally successful, should be 0 as well as the next line)
Records Skipped: 0

Hi Tom, i found the error, i was trying to import itemcode too, and there is no field for that in IM_SalesPromotion...now i am importing to CI_Item sales promotions and this is done but when i make a SalesOrder, the price for promotion is not shown, it only takes the standard price...do you know why this could happen? Thanks in advance!

Interesting - not sure why the promo info is in CI_Item and IM_SalesPromotion (maybe a leftover from legacy?)
