Accounts Payables Aged Invoice Report, Invoice and negative invoice (DM) cannot remove off report?

Have a positive invoice and then a negative invoice. when I choose both of these it will not remove off AP Aged report.

You need to clear them through Manual Check and Payment Entry. Use check #APP01 (not a check reversal). Pick your vendor and then go to lines and choose the invoices. Then post your manual checks. If you have more than one vendor, use APP02, etc.
