The file is empty or does not match filter

Question

When trying to print or email a customers invoice we are getting this message : the file is empty or does not match filter. Does anyone know what would cause this?

We just had this same problem last week. What we discovered is that there are different report criteria options and since our invoice was in paid status, we had to choose report #26 Receivable Invoice - Paid.
