Easiest solution (and free) is to print all the reports to a common location and then create Robocopy jobs (one per needed network location) that will move them automatically. They can manually fire them, but once you've created the jobs there's no reason you can't set the jobs to run via Windows Task Scheduler to make it all hands-off

For complex reporting I go with a 3rd party solution (Visual Cut).  You have to redevelop the reports (which can't use work tables when run from outside Sage 100), but it opens up a world of distribution options not available otherwise.
