Paperless Office limited to moving 8,001 files at one time?

I am setting up a new server and need to move the Paperless Office PDFs from the old server to the new server. What I discovered is that it seems that when I move files, it's limited to 8,001 files at one time. Has anyone else had this experience?  We may have 33,000+ files per year and this is tedious because I have to move 2 months of files at one time. (We have PDFs going back to 2010.)
