My accounting team are all working remotely, and now when they attempt to print through Remote Desktop or Citrix, they encounter the above error.
Any thoughts?

If you have printer redirection enabled, it is possible that the printer driver is causing issues or printer's page setup is invalid for the report.

If you don't have printer redirection enabled, determine which printer they are selecting and see if you can tweak the page setup and/or margins if they are using something like Microsoft XPS Writer with Paperless Office enabled.
