I need to convert my financial statements to cash basis for our CPA. I don't think Sage has an option to do that. Do you know how this can be done?

I believe DSD has an enhancement that does that.

I myself just make manual journal entries to accomplish that at the end of the year but I do not have a very complex chart of accounts.
