I am new to Sage 100 and am looking to simply extract my customers into a list for Excel that I can send to a marketing company. Sounds simple however I am lost.
Thanks in advance!

Install the 64 bit Sage 100 ODBC driver.
Then, use the Excel Data, From Other Sources, From Microsoft Query Option to query the AR_Customer table.
Thank you.. is the 64 bit sage software an add on or available within Sage 100?
It's in the Sage installation files under Productivity Applications.
In Customer Maintenance click on the Lookup button for the Customer Number field. On the Customer List dialog click on the Excel button in the lower right corner. Excel will launch and be loaded with the records from the list.
You can use the Lookup Wizard to customize which fields to include and filter the customer records before doing the export to Excel.
Thank you both for your help. I have been assigned year end clean up also. Any way to get a list of open invoices from Sage 100 into Excel.
Yes, query the AR_OpenInvoice table.
