If you still have the old report, I would check the cross reference information to determine which file contains that data in the 2020 version.

If you look in the mascrcw.ini file (located in the home directory) you can see the mapping of tables and fields.  There are other ways to get this information, but this is the easiest for me to search.  JC1 is now the JC_Job table.

I had the same problem. For the jobs with not activity I did a job posting entry (direct cost) with the amount -0-. When I ran and updated the journal they appeared on my report.
