Have you considered one of the integrated credit card processors for Sage 100?  It may be worth researching and getting quotes from someone that is integrated..  Paya, APS Payments, Century Business, IIG Services,  VIP Integrated Payments.  One of these may offer "pass through" features for authorize.net.
