Over the past few weeks we have been having issues with the "Extended Desc" box being UNCHECKED on a Line Item in Sales Order Entry, even though the Item Code DOES have and Extended Description. Just a couple weeks ago (January 25, 2022) we were able to manually check/uncheck the box when this happened, which then allowed the Extended Description to Print on the Sales Order.
When we saw the issue pop up again today, we tried to check the "Extended Desc" box in Sales Order Entry, but it appeared to be read-only. We reached out to our local consultant, and they informed us that Sage's Online Help indeed says that this box can only be viewed, but not edited.
I promise I'm not crazy, and several other employees can attest that this Extended Desc box was editable just a couple of weeks ago. Was there a recent update that changed this field to read-only, or am I actually going crazy?
