Change the setting for the item to allow returns.

Thanks for your reply. Those items should not allow return except for certain customers. That is why I want to know if in BOI script, I can allow those item to be entered to the RMA detail for certain customers only.

Enable the IM option and use a BOI script to conditionally not allow (according to your custom logic).

When I try to enter new RMA direct from Sage, I got a popup and ask if I want to accept the Return for those items. Is that possible to have BOI script to handle it and click YES?

Hello does anybody have a solution for this?  I'm getting the prompt as well when I try to manually enter the item code.   How do I ignore this via a BOI script.
