Getting this really strange error when I try change the phone number for a company in company maintenance.
Anyone any ideas?
Sage 100 Company Maintenance, or do you mean in Accounts Receivable, Customer Maintenance? Sounds like you have a field marked as required or a script added to the screen?
Library Master -> Company Maintenance. I don't believe we have any scripts in this section.
What version of Sage 100 are you running? There were several fields in the Company record that are marked with a description of 'Obsolete 5.00', one of these is a Y/N field that is marked as required that may be empty for some reason? The column in the company record is WebReportsDefaultSettings$ this field should have a N in the field. You can likely add this in Data File Display and Maintenance. I will verify on our (Sage) side to see if we have changed that field to not be required since it is obsolete, or at the very least ensure that it's defaulted.
