If you are on version 2014, go to the web content tab once you log into Sage 100.  On the lower right you will see a Resources link.  Click the link and then again in the lower right is a link for File Layouts and Program Information.  Click that link and on the on the web based help that appears, you will see and object reference link at the bottom of the list.  This will give you details of all the methods and properties available in each object.  Not sure if that will help or not.

long story, but I am on 4.40 (and my plans to upgrade keep getting pushed back).  Because I am using JobOps, the highest version I can go to is 2013.  I am happy (relieved?) to hear that the object reference (with methods and properties) is availabe right from the reference area in the new version - I hope its that way in 2013. :)

Bruce if you have the 2013 or better yet the 2014 version I would suggest installing a stand alone copy just to have access to the documentation.
