We were looking to clean up and standardize our misc item codes across our MAS companies.  Our support group said you can't delete them if they had been used in the past, but we could switch "UseInPO" to N to hide them.

I've built a VI job that seems to be doing the update properly, except on the tests items that are getting deleted are failing because "You cannot set UseInPO to no when UseInAR and UseInSO is set to no."

Is there a better way to do this? Does each MISC item code need at least one item set to yes?

If we don't use SO module, would turning this to Y work as a workaround?
