We are observing an issue with BOI invoice printing, after upgrading to Sage 100 2016.

Our app creates shipping entries, has ability to print the invoices/packing lists either from within its own process, or by delegating it to a Windows Service process.

Printing that makes use of Windows Service stopped working after upgrading to Sage 100 2016. The same version of our software works properly when used with Sage 100 2015. Similar printing from within our application (as opposed to printing from service) works properly.

The error reported is "The Module Code is required.".

The Windows Service uses the same user account as the interactive user running Sage 100 and our application. We also made sure a record exists in SY_ReportSetting.M4T table containing proper workstation name. All components are installed on the same PC.

This behavior holds true for a terminal connection as well as a direct interactive session.

Would appreciate any advice.
